Chef

Born in Leeds, England, he served an apprenticeship as a Baker to City & Guilds Standard then served in the RAF for 2 years as a chef (City & Guilds). Eric was Head Chef for the Leeds City Catering Company for 2 years then came to New Zealand in 1965 taking up the position of Foreman for Yarrows Bakery in Manaia, Taranaki. Following a period of self employment, Eric joined Bowen Hospital in 1995 as their Chef.
