“I’d had some time away from nursing, and chose to come back into practice at Bowen. I’d worked in ICU before, so this is a change for me. It’s great to work somewhere local to home, but more than that, it’s such a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Because it’s a smaller work group, we can be flexible to accommodate staffing needs and family commitments. I really appreciated the time I was able to take to care for my elderly parents. No one hesitated when I needed to take leave.”
