Groin pain very rarely originates from the spine, always think HIP
Knee Pain
Always think of the hip if they have no pain on palpation of the knee
Facet Pain
Often referred to the buttocks. Worse in extension. Facet joint replacements currently have no place in surgical management of back pain.
