We are committed to providing a high quality service and value your feedback to assist us to monitor and improve our standards. While compliments are gratefully accepted, suggestions for improvements are also welcomed.

If you wish to make a suggestion or raise concerns about any aspect of our service or facilities, you can do this by:

  • Speaking to your nurse, the team leader, the general manager or your specialist
  • Writing to the general manager

If you are an inpatient or day case patient, you will find a Complaints leaflet in your room and day surgery patients will be able to access one in their admit/discharge room.

Seven to ten days after you have been discharged you will receive an email inviting you to complete an online patient experience survey. At Acurity we are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience and we value and appreciate all feedback provided by our patients.
